Research Interests of the Chair Holder Topics of legal, political and social philosophy:

Composition of a political philosophy of humanism, i.e. of an ethical or normative individualism with applications, such as

human rights, human dignity, the justification of democracy, the problem of migration, the question of citizenship, international politics, et cetera

Apart from these legimatory questions of political philosophy, I also focus on theoretical and descriptive questions, e.g. the nature of political acts and political communities, as well as the nature of law and the analysis of terms and concepts, et cetera
